Tip 2. Update your website
We’re actually getting more support requests than normal at the moment due to clients needing to update their websites! Here are some of the things we’re helping clients to implement:
Make visitors aware of your opening hours
List your opening hours clearly on your website, and make any changes to normal opening hours really clear and obvious.
Let visitors know if you are closed – or indeed open as normal!
A great way to do this is to set-up a pop-up or modal window that appears over the top of the page as soon as a visitor lands on your website. The modal can contain information on how to contact you, when you may be likely to re-open, or offer reassurance that you are open as usual.
