Tip 1. Update your Google My Business
If you have a Google My Business listing and haven’t done so already, you may wish to update your opening hours (if they have changed).
In response to the disruption caused by Coronavirus, Google also have now made it possible to mark your business as ‘Temporarily closed’ – previously ‘Permanently closed’ was the only option available, so if you have a physical premises that’s temporarily closed, you can let your customers know.
This can be done by signing into the Google account that has administrator access to your My Business page – there are some instructions on editing your business profile on the link below: Read the instructions More info on marking your business as temporarily closed
