We’ve specialised in digital marketing since day one, back in 2004 – it’s at the heart of everything we do. Our core digital marketing services are search engine optimisation, pay-per-click advertising on search engines, and social media advertising. Most of our clients have what we call an ‘integrated digital marketing campaign’, or IDM for short. Others, with simpler requirements and smaller budgets, take a single-service campaign.
Integrated Digital Marketing brings together a variety of digital marketing services into one simple contract for clients. Rather than separate contracts for Google Ads, SEO and so on, clients choose to purchase a certain number of hours’ work per month, to be used on whichever digital marketing services are appropriate for them at that point in time.
For example, a client with a seasonal business might need more effort put into their paid advertising campaigns during their peak season – because at that point they will have higher budgets, running promotions and so on – whereas outside their peak season they may want us to put more work into their search engine optimisation campaign, with this being a ‘longer burn’ tactic.
By including both SEO and PPC in the contract, it allows us to move emphasis from one campaign to another at different times of year or according to business priorities.
Some clients really do have very simple requirements, or just need us to plug a skills gap for them in a particular area, where they have already accommodated other digital marketing tactics in-house.
