When we develop a website for a client, we normally continue to host that website afterwards, so that we can effectively provide our follow-up support. We do also sometimes take over the hosting for WordPress websites built by other agencies, subject to them meeting our build standards.
If your website is built in WordPress, and you would like us to take over the hosting, we would firstly ask for access to the back end of the site so that we can check the build quality. Sometimes websites are so badly built that they are hard to maintain and fix, and in those cases we would normally recommend a rebuild.
Assuming your website meets our quality standards we will be able to offer a quotation for a hosting package that meets your needs.
Clients who need more hours to accommodate their support requirements can purchase pre-paid ‘blocks of hours’ or a monthly retainer.
