We’re a no‐jargon agency, focused on business results. A website should not just be a work of art, or a collection of unnecessary gadgets. There is no point having a website if it does not meet your business objectives – whether that be generating additional enquiries, saving your staff time (and therefore money) or streamlining your processes.
Flexible, fast response.
If our clients’ websites succeed, we retain their business and they recommend us to others. We are flexible and nimble and accommodate ad hoc client requests wherever we can, often at very short notice.
Focus on results.
We have a strong focus on business results – when we develop a website, any recommendations we make are designed to help you get the results you need, not just to make our own portfolio look better! The first question we ask a potential client is ‘how are you going to measure the success of this project’?
As a business we have a strong set of guiding principles:
No ties
We don’t tie clients in to proprietary software – we use open source software such as WordPress, and set up any Google accounts for clients in their own name so that the account belongs to them, not to us. We want clients to stay with us because they like us, not because they have to!
Keeping transparency
We tell clients what we’re going to do, why, and when, and get their approval for any changes we make to their website.
No-jargon terms
We don’t bamboozle our clients with jargon!
Fully informed
We keep clients informed with regular calls and reports.
