We don’t use pre-made templates (unless you specifically want us to, of course). All our WordPress themes are built bespoke to your requirements, without all the unnecessary ‘bloat’ you get in a template that’s designed to accommodate the kitchen sink. Our developers can build websites from scratch – they are not ‘designers-who-have-taught-themselves-to-hack-around-a-theme’ (most people who say they build websites, actually fall into this latter category).
3. Ease of Updates
Having a pretty website that you can’t change isn’t of much use at all. All of our websites are built in WordPress, the world’s most popular content management system, which makes it easy to log in and make changes whenever required. We provide training for clients as standard, and are on hand to help if they get stuck later.
4. Ongoing Support
We don’t just build a website and then disappear – we care for our websites on an ongoing basis, applying software updates, fixing things as required and generally being helpful. We turn around 90% of all client support requests the same day, and we most certainly do not use an annoying ‘ticketing system’.
