Babyvision needed a mobile friendly new website with online booking facility to take the business forward and allow their clients to book an appointment and pay a deposit online. This would improve the booking experience for customers but also save Babyvision admin time. The previous version of the site featured stock imagery which did not fully convey the personality of the business. Babyvision wanted to use new photography of their staff and premises to bring their business to life on the web.
Firstly, we helped Babyvision to identify a suitable online booking system that could be incorporated into their website and also used by the team for telephone bookings too. We put forward a system for Babyvision to review and identified this as meeting their needs. We helped them to set this up and integrated it into the new website.
We also arranged a photoshoot with Babyvision, advising on the types of shot required and arranging a date for a suitable photographer to take the pictures required.
Meanwhile we worked on a new design that would convey the ethos of the business while making the relevant content easy to find – putting in place a mega menu that makes it easier for users to identify the types of scan available to them at different stages of pregnancy.
