DRAW is a recruitment agency specialising in sourcing talent for the Fine Art, Auction, Antiques and Luxury Markets sector. They offer a personalised service to clients and candidates from their offices in London and Berlin, with the aim of the ‘perfect fit’.
Ascendancy had developed the previous DRAW website a few years earlier, and the website had served the business well. However, the design had started to look somewhat dated, and DRAW believed that the website could also work a lot harder for them in terms of its functionality.
Being in the Art industry DRAW wanted a fresh modern design that not only performed well would look attractive to its target market. They already had a job search functionality on their website, but they wanted to take it to the next level, making searching for a job much easier.
Working closely with DRAW’s own graphic designer we produced a WordPress website with a modern, user-friendly design that not only would work well in terms of its functionality but look amazing too.
We took the old job search functionality and ramped it up to create a more sophisticated job listing and search functionality. Users can now customise their search to be able to look for more specific job types and locations.
If users are interested in specific jobs, they also have the ability to quick and easily apply online with some basic details and submit their CV alongside it.
“We have been thoroughly satisfied with the work Ascendancy have done for us when we launched our new website. It’s never an easy task but Ascendancy helped us along the way and worked really well with our website designer to produce a website that we are really pleased with. We would definitely recommend the team at Ascendancy and have been really pleased with the support that they have provided us with.”
