Aria Care was a new brand within the sector which needed a high quality website to be designed, developed and launched within a very ambitious timeframe of around 12 weeks. Each care home on the website needed a page which was effectively a website in its own right, containing all the key information about that home, and taking into account good usability practice while at the same time having a high-end look and feel.
We met the challenge of Aria Care’s short timeframe head-on by turning usual web development practice on its head, and starting to build the website several weeks before the look and feel of the new brand had even been confirmed. By building the back end functionality first, it gave the team at Aria the ability to start populating the care home content at a very early stage, enabling us to hit the team’s deadlines. We built in a number of features such as Reusable Blocks, that would save the Aria Care marketing team a large amount of time when populating content. We designed a clean and intuitive layout, using the newly-produced branding to create a visually appealing, high-end experience for visitors.
