Magiboards, based in Telford, is a long established UK manufacturer of whiteboards, noticeboards and associated Visual Management products.
They deliver to destinations all over the world, with offices based in both the UK and the USA.
The staff team had a clear design they wanted to follow for their new website and the task for Ascendancy was to make it come to life. We did just that – and the results have had an immediate impact!
The task for Ascendancy was to create a fresh modern website which would not only look good but also increase online sales for Magiboards.
The customer experience was key – it needed to be clear, intuitive, easy to navigate and reliable.
Magiboards had new branding to show off and wanted to separate their B2C web presence from their trade customer site. With an extensive product range available, showcasing the best of the best and making it clear was the top priority.
We worked closely with Magiboards’ own internal graphic designer to produce a WordPress site which met all their marketing needs.
With such a fabulous product to promote, pictures were key for the initial ‘wow factor’ and thereafter it was all about customer experience.
The user-friendly design helps customers to pick from an array of choices – colours, sizes, materials and more.
And we optimised the functionality of their search box, enabling Magiboards to suggest product ideas to the customer based on their search terms.
Using WooCommerce for the e-commerce functionality has allowed Magiboards to quickly and easily update their product range on the site whenever needed.
