Reports to: Tech Lead
Location: Hybrid / Newport, Shropshire
Days: Permanent, Full-Time (4-Day working week)
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and experienced Client Support & Delivery Coordinator to join the team at Ascendancy.
At Ascendancy, we design and build digital products that help organisations grow and operate smarter. Our team blends creativity, technology, and strategic thinking to deliver websites, apps, and digital platforms that make a genuine difference.
We’re a close-knit, collaborative team who believe in working smarter — not longer — which is why we operate a 4-day working week. You’ll join a supportive environment where everyone’s ideas are valued, professional growth is encouraged, and high standards are celebrated.
We’re looking for a confident, organised, and technically minded Client Support & Delivery Coordinator to be the vital link between our clients and development team. You’ll take ownership of client support requests, coordinate ongoing retainer work, and make sure everything that leaves Ascendancy meets our quality and delivery standards.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys clear communication, thrives on keeping projects moving, and can translate technical progress into client-friendly updates.
Across the business, we are a 15-person team communicating well and taking joint responsibility for delivering client projects.
You will be expected to be able to work independently from detailed requirements set in project sprints with the support of our solutions architect.
We’re looking for talented individuals whose skills and experience align with the requirements of this role. To ensure your application is considered, please review the job description carefully and apply only if you meet the qualifications listed.
When you’re ready to apply, submit your CV and a tailored cover letter explaining why you’re the perfect fit for this role.
We value attention to detail, so be sure to follow any specific instructions provided in the job description. Applications that closely match our criteria will be prioritised for review.
