Confirming it was really you…

Thanks for signing up to join the Ascendancy community. We really appreciate it.

In a few minutes, you’ll get an email to confirm that it was really you who signed up, not somebody playing around with your email address.

When you open that email, just click on the “Confirm” button and the good times can start!

A few email health checks will help things along:

  • Check your junk mail for your confirmation email if you don’t see it in the next few minutes. We’re unknown to your email system so we might end up there.
  • If you use Outlook, add our email address to your Safe Senders list. This will stop future emails ending up in your junk mail.
  • If you use Gmail on a smartphone, tap the 3 dots in the top right corner of the email, then click “Move To” then “Primary”.
  • If you use Gmail on a desktop, tap the three dots at the top right corner of the email then click “Add Ascendancy…” Then close the email and drag it to the “Primary” tab.
  • If you use Apple mail, click on our email address at the top of the email and tap “Add to VIPs”.
